1. 3× Hospital Capacity Scaling Through System Redesign

Oasis Hospital needed to expand from 70 to 200 beds without compromising care quality or operational stability. I led a Lean transformation and digitized supply chain systems to handle the increased patient throughput while freeing up frontline staff time. Organization / Context: Oasis Hospital / Rapid infrastructure expansion Problem addressed: Tripling capacity risked service disruption, supply chain failure, and inconsistent care Actions taken: Redesigned patient flow via Value Stream Mapping; digitized supply chain with Kanban/Barcoding; reviewed 3,000+ SOPs for governance Measurable outcomes: 3× capacity increase; 20–30% nursing time freed from manual inventory; maintained JCI accreditation Tools / frameworks used: Lean, Value Stream Mapping, Kanban, ERP
